Depending on your package choice, you will complete and receive an assessment report describing your profile.
Schedule a debriefing session with an accredited and certified coach to talk through your results and gain new insights and awareness into your profile. The session is conducted according to Decision Dynamic’s Feedforward Methodology that has a future-oriented approach and places the person at the center of the interpretation and development.
Put your findings and goals into practice by elaborating and discussing your action plan with your coach.
