UNiqO plays with the words unique in English and único in Spanish to highlight the importance of each persons´ uniqueness and our international approach. It holds capital letters at the beginning and ending to illustrate that when you work with us, you embark on a journey with a clear start and end. And while sometimes the beginnings are clear and we are eager to start, preparing for the transformation that follows takes solid reflection and conscious commitment.

UNiqO also aims to capture the concept of unity. Specifically, that we are all on this together. What we do or not do as individuals, impacts: our colleagues, partners, families, communities and organisations. We are not separate from the others. We are in communion with all, and if we are conscious of this and harness the power of this potential, we build a better present and better future for all.

UNiqO is for leaders, entrepreneurs, solopreneurs and professionals who have the courage to do things differently. They have some work experience they can draw from, they are running their own businesses, they have a vision of what they more or less want and some are just about to join the workforce.
